When I ordered Rhony in size XL, I got a little worried the size might be an issue. So I dropped a comment along with my order and the KnotMe team got back to me right away. After a bit of back and forth, we landed on a custom firmness, so this turned out to be a truly one-of-a-kind toy! Thank you so much again for that! These folks have years of experience making toys, so I trusted their expertise and honestly, that turned out to be the best decision.
