Shipping & Returns Policy

  1. The prices shown are gross prices and are given in Euro.
  2. Orders placed via page are accepted for realisation:
    a) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10 to 16,
    b) on the next business day if the order is placed after business hours, Saturday or public holiday.
  3. Production time of the order is up to 10 working days.
  4. Carriers and pricing are available at checkout page after choosing the country of delivery. If country is not listed, there is the possibility of individual valuation of shipment.
  5. Delivery time depends on the chosen method of shipment.
  6. After placing the order the Buyer have at least day to change the parameters of the product or cancel the order without any fee. After this time the order goes to the realization and if change its parameters after that time, will be charged by additional amount of 30% of the ordered product (excluding shipping costs). However, also if you want to change after this time, please contact us – if the production process has not yet begun, the change of parameters is free.
  7. Order status, shipment confirmation and other information about the order are sent to the e-mail address of the Buyer, and available on a special page Order History.
  8. The customer can pay via:
    a) credit or debit card via Stripe system,
    b) PayPal system.
  9. Due to the nature of the product, the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days is excluded.
    Legal basis: The right to withdraw from the contract by the consumer is excluded in the case of:
    a) the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised,
    b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  10. In the event of a complaint regarding a good due to manufacturing defects, please send an email to and provide a description, photos of the damage and the date of purchase.
